Optique Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping within the 50 Continental United States.  All shipments are hand packed.  We will notify you by email or phone when your products ship.  If you have any questions or special requests, please email:

We currently do not ship outside of the 50 Continental United States. 

Refunds for Online Store

At Optique, we strive for excellence in all that we do.  From the products we carry to our in-house team, we insist on only the highest standards for our patients.  This is why we have a satisfaction guarantee on all our products.  If for any reason our products did not meet your expectations, we are happy to process an exchange or refund.  All of our products are worn on your face in an intimate setting, so we will gladly accept your return or exchange within 7 days of you receiving them.  This will ensure the products are safe. 

If you wish to return any items, you must contact us by email first. Items must be in original condition, unworn and within their original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For returns, please email for a pre-paid return shipping label. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will not refund any additional shipping charges.

All sales are final with frames that include prescription lenses.  When providing customized prescription lenses in the frame, it is considered medical equipment personalized for you. 

Gift cards.

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
